Working Together

Across the Capital and Commodity Markets

Synterra works with project owners, governments, investors, financial institutions, commodity traders, technical consultants, engineering companies and strategic industry partners.

"We are particularly interested in opportunities where Synterra can participate beyond advisory services."
Our Partnership Approach

We welcome approaches from owners of credible African projects seeking capital, investors seeking exposure to African real assets, commodity counterparties seeking reliable supply and technical partners capable of contributing specialist expertise.

We are particularly interested in opportunities where Synterra can participate beyond advisory services and contribute directly to the structuring and development of the project.

Our preference is for substantive commercial engagement with parties who bring seriousness, domain expertise and alignment of interests to the table.

What Serious Enquiries Include

To allow Synterra to make an informed initial assessment, project owners and potential partners are encouraged to provide relevant background information at the outset. This does not need to be a formal document — a clear summary is sufficient for a preliminary discussion.

For project finance and mining enquiries: project location and jurisdiction, current ownership structure, development stage, commodity, available geological or technical reports, capital requirement and intended use of funds.

For commodity and trading enquiries: commodity type, volumes, source, destination, counterparties, logistics and any existing offtake or supply arrangements.

For investment enquiries: investment mandate, target sectors, ticket size, risk appetite and geographic focus.

All information received is treated with strict confidentiality. Synterra does not share enquiry information with third parties without prior consent.
